LEGENDARY SOFTBALL WEATHER POLICY

A. The UIC, Tournament Director or Umpires on the field have the authority and must immediately delay the game/tournament and stop the time clock at the first sighting of lightning.
B. The site/field must be cleared immediately of all persons.
C. The game(s) may be resumed no sooner than thirty (30) minutes after the last sight of lightning.
D. The game(s) must be resumed at the exact point where it was stopped.
E. Safety of the public and participants is the most important factor. 

TEAM SHOWCASE TOURNAMENT WEATHER REFUND POLICY
This weather policy is effective for all Legendary Events 
NO REFUNDS IF TEAM WITHDRAWS LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT START DATE
No Games Played – Tournament Cancelled due to Weather - 70% of the tournament entry fee will be refunded.
1 Game Played – Tournament Cancelled after 1 game due to Weather – 25%
2 Games Played - Tournament Cancelled after 2 games due to Weather – No (0%) refund is due.

Two (2) games played or a combo of a forfeit and a game played - No (0%)Refund is due.
A game is considered a full game if 4innings have been
completed.
Note: Weather covers: Rain – Lightning – Snow – Hurricane--Tornado

If event is relocated to another venue to accomodate play and team elects to withdraw NO REFUND will be issued!
